  Tracey was highly recommended to me and has proven to be a real help already in trying to help me understand why in my case my puppy does things. I’m a first time dog owner very overwhelmed and feel I’m failing in many areas. However with support from class and 1-2-1 it’s reassuring to see I’m not alone and that with hard work and time it’s all hopefully manageable with a challenging puppy. Professional and friendliness has been there 100% every-time for me and I would highly recommend Tracey and its nice for me personally to see progress even if I do go backwards at times aswell.. it’s very often us the owners and family that need the training and guidance rather than it just being all the dogs fault .. classes are for all with an element of fun aswell wether your fur baby is puppy or older or you just want some socialisation or guidance in one area.. or simply back to basics again .. thankyou and I look forward to my ongoing journey with Puppeez & Newbeez.and progressing to next level of training 100% recommend for professional and friendly welcome
